footage of the real Richard and Mildred
Loving. The couple's children and their
lawyers, Bernard S. Cohen and Philip J.
Hirschkop, are also heavily featured. The
love story between Richard and Mildred is
highlighted, along with the
racially-charged court case that ensued
after the interracial couple was kicked
out of the state of Virginia.
