Boston Marathon Bombing Explosions

This news report shows footage of the Boston Marathon bombs exploding near the finish line of the marathon on April 15, 2013. Later discovered to be made from pressure cookers, the blasts killed three and injured roughly 264 people, 17 of them suffering amputations either during the blasts or surgically later. The Boston Marathon bombing was the worst terrorist attack since 9/11. In the following days, the FBI identified the suspects, brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
