With his hands shaking, a bloodied Carlos Arredondo describes helping Jeff Bauman. Arredondo was interviewed while he was walking home on the day of the Boston Marathon bombing. He describes the carnage he saw and his efforts to tear off pieces of shirt fabric to use as tourniquets around what little was left of Jeff Bauman's legs.
