Ted Bundy Takes Stand at Trial and Discusses His Arrest

Ted Bundy takes the stand during his murder trial in Miami, Florida on July 3, 5, 1979. He answers questions about his arrest and about the police finding various burglary tools in his car. The items ended up being ones he used in various murders and assaults. Bundy admits to lying about telling one of the police officers that he had been to a drive-in movie on the day of his arrest. The police knew he was lying because the movie he claimed to have watched wasn't playing at the local drive-in theater.
