The Post Movie Trailer

Steven Spielberg directs Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks in The Post, which attempts to tell the story of the publication of the leaked Pentagon Papers, a U.S. Department of Defense history on United States - Vietnam relations from 1945-1967. The documents contained secret information that had not been made known to the public, including the scope of U.S. actions in the Vietnam War, which were broader than had been previously reported. In the film, Meryl Streep portrays the country's first female newspaper publisher, Katharine Graham, who faces off with the government over the publication of the leaked information.
