The Pursuit of Happyness Part 2

Finally, Chris offers advice on becoming successful, just as one of the anchors hurries to wrap up the interview.

Chris is interviewed in a taxi by a man collecting random stories about residents of Chicago. He conveys in explicit language his frustration with not being able to flag down a taxi. He explains, "White people can hail a taxi. A black man gotta catch a f@*kin' cab."

This ABC 20/20 report features a Chris Gardner interview where he reflects on his rags to riches story, including a childhood in which he was terrorized by his violent stepfather. In part 1 of the report, Gardner also shares the moment that changed his life, when he met a man who drove a red Ferrari and asked him, "What do you do and how do you do it?"
